Double Mountain Brewery & Cidery is a private craft brewery located in Hood River, OR. We’re seeking hard-working self-motivated team players to join our brewers. Full-time employees receive benefits including health insurance and paid time off (PTO). Brewer
Perform all general brewery operations to produce high quality beer while maintaining a clean and safe brewery with little to no direct supervision. Be ready to start with packaging, next cellar work, and eventually on to the brew deck! After enough experience, you will have input on recipe development and opportunities to develop your own. 1-5 years of experience in a brewery is required. Lab and sensory experience preferred.
Additional Information:
These are all physically demanding positions. You should be (or will become) fit and able to lift heavy loads repeatedly for hours while standing on concrete in warm humid conditions. You’ll learn to drive a forklift if not already certified and work safely in a brewery environment.
Must be 21be able to lift 50lbs, move 140lb kegs into place and have a valid driver’s license. Able to work all shifts and flexible schedules including weekends and holidays as production needs and events require. We’re an equal opportunity employer.
